QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER [QSM]
This position is responsible to undertake the preparation of the Bill of Quantity, tender document and tender process as well project cost plan, procurement and purchasing works. To plan, carry out and lead all tender process and documentation and a comprehension of strategies for handling contract documents

• Male/Female, age between 28 - 35 years.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field or OS consultant
• Computer literate such are Word, Excel, Power Point AutoCAD and MS Project
• Fluent in English spoken & written.
• Self-motivated and strong team player.
• Well-organized, takes initiative, self-starter, able to work under pressure.
• To be positioned in Phnom Penh Office permanently
